当室内温度为25±2℃,在不同水深的条件下,武昌罗索线虫(Romanomermis wuchangensis)的感染期幼虫对致乏库蚊(Culex pipiens quinguefasciatus)二龄幼虫有不同的感染率。研究了2.5cm、5cm、10cm、20cm、40cm五种不同水深,1000条/m~2、2000条/m~2、4000条/m~2、8000条/m~2四种不同线虫密度时二龄致乏库蚊幼虫的感染率,对所得数据进行方差分析和新复极差法测验,结果表明:当感染期幼线虫释放密度一定时,蚊幼虫的感染率随水深的增加而降低,且线虫的密度愈低,其差异性愈显著;当水深一定时,蚊幼虫的感染率随感染期幼线虫的密度的增加而增加,且水越深,其差异性越显著。
