我国的高等院校是培养高层次社会主义事业建设者和接班人的主要场所,也是社会主义精神文明建设的重要阵地。近年来,在教育体制发生深刻变革的背景下,形式多样的高校腐败问题时有发生,高校反腐倡廉建设任重而道远。今年初,中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记贺国强在第十七届中央纪委第三次全会上,对加强高校反腐倡廉建设提出了明确要求。本期我们特约请多所高校的专家学者,畅谈高校反腐倡廉建设面临的问题和及相关的治理对策建议,供读者参考。
The institutions of higher learning in our country are the main places for cultivating builders and successors of high-level socialist cause and also an important front for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. In recent years, under the background of profound changes in the educational system, various forms of corruption in colleges and universities have occurred from time to time. It is still a long way to go to fight against corruption and build a clean government in colleges and universities. Earlier this year, at the Third Plenary Session of the 17th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, He Guoqiang, member of the Political Bureau Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, made clear demands on strengthening the anti-corruption campaign and building a clean government in colleges and universities. In this issue, we invited experts and scholars from a number of universities to talk about the problems faced by colleges and universities in combating corruption and building a clean government and the relevant management countermeasures and suggestions for the readers’ reference.
