近年来接连不断的在华外资企业危机事件,如谷歌拼音法抄袭事件、赛门铁克诺顿“误杀”导致中文WinXP崩溃、重庆家乐福促销引起踩踏事故等等连同其在遭遇危机之后的一系列危机公关表现显示出,在华外资企业在中国的危机公关,遭遇了相当程度的困难和挑战。中国传媒大学广告主研究所研究数据表明,越来越多的企业开始关注危机公关,并将处理危机突发事件、媒介关系管理作为企业公共关系工作的核心内容。
