本文对黑龙江省佳木斯地区新死亡401具4～10mo胎儿进行了生长规律的调查(男217具,女184具)。对不同月份的头围、胸围、坐高和体重进行了测量,结果头围、胸围和坐高反映出不等速生长与快慢交替的阶段性发育规律。胎儿体重4～5月份增长为最快,其增长绝对数以出生前3mo为最大。
In this paper, 401 new 4 ~ 10 mo fetuses were investigated for growth in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province (217 males and 184 females). Measurements of head circumference, bust circumference, sitting height and body weight were performed for different months. As a result, the head circumference, chest circumference and sitting height reflect the stage developmental regularity of non-uniform growth and rapid alternation. Fetus body weight 4 to 5 months the fastest growth, the absolute increase in the number of 3mo before birth is the largest.
