车辆NVH性能是汽车研发中一项重要指标,车身阻尼结构的振动和吸隔音特性是影响车内空腔声学响应的重要因素。以国内某车型为例阐述阻尼材料在车辆NVH开发中的具体应用,通过对阻尼材料的选材及结构优化,降低车内关键频率段的噪声声压级,提升车内空腔的声学品质。
Vehicle NVH performance is an important indicator in vehicle research and development. The vibration and sound absorption characteristics of the body damping structure are the important factors that affect the cavity acoustic response. Taking a domestic vehicle as an example, this paper illustrates the application of damping material in the development of vehicle NVH. By optimizing the material selection and structural optimization of damping materials, it can reduce the noise sound pressure level in the critical frequency range and improve the acoustic quality of the vehicle cavity.
