柔性社会稳定是可持续的社会稳定,实现柔性社会稳定是我国当前面临的一个重要问题,其中一个重要途径是增加社会资本的存量。社会资本是以信任、互惠和规范为基础的网络和人际关系,这些网络和人际关系有助于柔性社会稳定机制的构建。信任社会资本有利于人们彼此之间的合作,规范社会资本有利于社会冲突和社会矛盾的化解,网络社会资本有助于加强公民之间的横向联系。因此,社会资本能够促进柔性社会稳定的实现。针对我国维护柔性社会稳定所需要的社会资本存量的不足,应该从信任、规范、网络等方面加强社会资本存量的积累,以推动柔性社会稳定的实现。
Flexible social stability is a sustainable social stability. To achieve flexible social stability is an important issue currently facing our country. One of the important ways is to increase the stock of social capital. Social capital is network and interpersonal relationship based on trust, reciprocity and regulation. These networks and interpersonal relationships contribute to the construction of a flexible social stability mechanism. Trusting social capital helps people to cooperate with each other, standardizing social capital is conducive to resolving social conflicts and social conflicts, and online social capital helps to strengthen the horizontal relations among citizens. Therefore, social capital can promote the realization of flexible social stability. In view of the insufficiency of the stock of social capital needed to maintain the flexible social stability in our country, we should strengthen the accumulation of social capital stock from the aspects of trust, regulation and network, so as to promote the realization of flexible social stability.
