在西方进入后工业化社会以及全球经济进入新经济时代的同时,一种新的企业形态正在兴起,也就是创新型企业。当前,国内外学者对创新型企业也有较多的研究,但他们大多是在创新理论的基础之上从技术创新、管理创新和制度创新等方面来分析,而对与之有密切关系的融资机制却有着较少的研究。但是,我们从发达国家的经验中就可以看出,创新型企业要想成长必不可少融资对其的支持,在创新型企业成长过程中急需解决的也是关于融资的问题。所以对创新型企业成长的融资机制的研究具有重大的意义。
