用物理化学方法分析了附着物在盐酸中的稳定性和相结构，充分证明攀钢冷轧原料板酸洗发黑的原因是漂洗过程中出现了水腐蚀现象。研究了酸洗发黑的影响因素，提出了解决这一问题的措施，在工业生产中已证实这些措施是有效的。
The physical and chemical methods were used to analyze the stability and phase structure of the attachments in hydrochloric acid. It is proved that the acid pickling of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Cold Rolled raw material is caused by water corrosion during rinsing. The factors that affect pickling blackness were studied and measures to solve this problem were put forward. These measures have been proved to be effective in industrial production.
