目的对康复新液结合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的远期疗效进行评价,研究其临床使用价值。方法 2006年1月-2007年12月,73例患者经电子胃镜检查确诊为胃溃疡或十二指肠球部溃疡,病理检验示幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性。将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,疗程4周,治疗期间观察临床症状改善情况。疗程结束后及治疗后6、12个月后分别复查胃镜并检查Hp清除情况。观察溃疡治疗及复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.11%,对照组为85.71%;随访6个月复发率分别为7.41%、17.39%,12个月复发率分别为14.29%、35.29%。结论康复新液结合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡可明显提高疗效,溃疡愈合质量高、降低复发率。
Objective To evaluate the long-term efficacy of Kangfuxin combined with triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer and study its clinical value. Methods From January 2006 to December 2007, 73 patients were diagnosed as gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer by electron gastroscopy. Pathological examination showed that H. pylori (Hp) was positive. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the course of 4 weeks, observation of clinical symptoms during treatment to improve the situation. After treatment and 6,12 months after treatment, respectively, review of gastroscope and examination of Hp clearance. Observation of ulcer treatment and relapse. Results The total effective rate was 92.11% in the treatment group and 85.71% in the control group. The recurrence rates were 7.41% and 17.39% at 6 months follow-up respectively. The recurrence rates at 12 months were 14.29% and 35.29% respectively. Conclusion Kangfuxin combined triple therapy for peptic ulcer can significantly improve the curative effect, ulcer healing high quality and reduce the recurrence rate.
