腾讯5亿美金获得NBA5的网络直播权,中超签下5年80亿的转播合同等巨额合同让体育赛事转播权不同成为热门话题。然而查询相关法律、法规,并不能在其中寻找到有关体育赛事转播权的规定,这就让我们对体育赛事转播权的价值报以疑问。目前关于体育赛事转播的案件已经时有发生,但并没有明确的法律条文进行规制,因此我国急需完善对体育赛事转播权的保护。

Therefore, our country urgently needs to improve the protection of the right of broadcast of sporting events.
