利用万能拉伸试验机对P92钢微型棒、板,常规棒、板试样的室温拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明:与常规棒试样相比,微型棒试样具有几乎相同的抗拉强度、屈服强度、总伸长率和较低的均匀伸长率。与常规板试样相比,微型板试样具有与常规试样非常接近的抗拉强度,较低的屈服强度和总伸长率以及略高的均匀伸长率。与板试样相比,棒试样具有较高的准确性和稳定性。微型试样拉伸数据与常规样数据偏差较小,如果进一步在表面光洁度、尺寸偏差、试样夹持同轴度、变形测量方法等方面进行规范化研究,其必将成为常规拉伸试验方法的有力补充。
The universal tensile test machine was used to study the tensile properties of P92 steel micro-rods, plates, rods and plates at room temperature. The results show that the microrod samples have almost the same tensile strength, yield strength, total elongation and low uniform elongation compared to the conventional rod specimens. Compared with the conventional plate samples, the micro plate samples have very close tensile strength, lower yield strength and total elongation and slightly higher uniform elongation compared with the conventional samples. Compared with the plate sample, the rod sample has higher accuracy and stability. Tensile data of the microtensile specimen are less deviated from those of the conventional specimen. If further research is conducted on the surface smoothness, dimensional deviation, specimen holding concentricity, and deformation measurement method, it will surely become the standard tensile test method Strongly supplemented.
