用诗乐氏Ａ型、碘伏、酒精三种消毒剂进行术前洗手消毒，比较其消毒效果。诗乐氏组采用药物揉擦法，碘伏、酒精组采用传统刷手泡手法。结果显示诗乐氏首次揉搓比碘伏、酒精组用肥皂机械刷手三遍去菌效果好（Ｐ＜０．０５）；诗乐氏组洗手消毒效果与碘伏、酒精浸泡二组比较效果相当或略高。诗乐氏液揉搓消毒法操作时间短（５ｍｉｎ）、经济（０．２２元／人·次－１）、方便（直接取用，不担心挥发和重复使用失效），适用于外科等术前洗手消毒。
