现阶段高职教学中对班主任的非权力因素的关注程度越来越高,各相关文献资料都对班主任的非权力因素进行了充分的研究。这种非权力因素主要是班主任的个人魅力、知识才能及道德品质等多个方面,与学校给予的教学权利有很大的不同,非权力因素有十分巨大的影响力和吸引力。文章对高职班主任非权力因素进行了相关的研究,通过这种方式促进高职高职教学的发展,实现培养合格人才的目标。
At present stage, the higher the degree of concern to the non-power factors of the head teacher in higher vocational education, the relevant literature and materials all conducted a full study of the non-power factors of the head teacher. This non-power factor is mainly the teacher’s charisma, knowledge and moral qualities and other aspects, and the teaching rights given by schools are very different, non-power factors have a huge influence and attractiveness. This article makes a related research on the non-power factors of the head teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through this method, we can promote the development of higher vocational teaching and achieve the goal of training qualified personnel.
