现代企业的内外部环境面临着越来越多的危机,“三鹿毒奶粉”、“丰田车召回”等事件的发生,已引起国内外众多企业的高度重视,一个企业危机处理的好坏,直接关系到企业的形象,甚至与企业未来数年的发展密切相关。本文笔者从“企业危机管理理论概述”、“现代企业危机管理的现状”、“现代企业危机管理的对策措施”这三方面来展开全文。
