目的:建立影像图像存储(归档)传输系统——PACS系统。全面解决医学图像自动化的获取、显示、存贮、传送和管理。方法:软件建立包括RIS系统、HIS系统和PACS系统。硬件建立:硬件主要有接口设备、存储设备、主机、网络设备和显示系统。结果,实现PACS管理模式,即实现图像获取、数据库管理、在线存储、离线归档、图像显示及处理、与外部信息系统的接口、胶片打印以及用于传输数据的高速局域网和支持远程数据传送的广域网。结论:不同医院应根据实际情况建立自己的PACS系统,重点考虑工作站分布及网络结构、布局等。
Objective: To establish a video image storage (archive) transmission system - PACS system. A comprehensive solution to medical image acquisition, display, storage, delivery and management. Methods: The software build includes RIS system, HIS system and PACS system. Hardware establishment: The hardware mainly has the interface equipment, the storage equipment, the host computer, the network equipment and the demonstration system. As a result, the PACS management mode is realized, namely, image acquisition, database management, online storage, offline archiving, image display and processing, interface with external information systems, film printing and high speed LAN for data transmission and wide area network . Conclusion: Different hospitals should set up their own PACS system according to the actual situation, with emphasis on workstation distribution, network structure and layout.
