幼儿教师的教学反思对幼儿成长及自身发展有重要意义。幼儿教师的教学反思存在一些问题,如反思意识淡薄、反思技能方法不当、教学反思氛围不浓、社会支持系统不够等。对于以上问题,幼儿园管理层面提出的提高幼儿教师教学反思的策略有:培养教师的反思意识、提高教师的反思能力、营造反思的氛围和环境、园长带头呼吁各方力量支持教学反思等。
Kindergarten teachers’ teaching reflections are of great significance to the growth and self-development of young children. There are some problems in kindergarten teachers’ teaching reflections, such as weak reflexivity, improper reflexive skills, poor teaching reflexivity and inadequate social support system. For the above problems, the strategies put forward by the kindergarten management to improve kindergarten teachers’ teaching reflections include: cultivating the teachers’ sense of reflection, improving the teachers’ ability of reflection, creating the atmosphere and environment of reflection, and the director taking the lead in calling for the strength of all parties to support teaching and reflection.
