倍半萜甙在活体试验中显示出相当大的生理活性。在菊科的倍半萜甙研究中,从续断菊(Sonchus asper)中分离到5个新倍半萜甙和3个新的紫罗兰酮衍生物甙以及2个已知甙。已知甙是通过~1H和~(13)CNMR与标准品对照确定的。新化合物的结构是通过化学和光谱数据确定的。干燥的续断菊全植物(3.5kg)用甲醇回流提取两次,提取液减压浓缩,残物悬浮于水中,用乙醚提取,水层通过AmberliteXAD-2柱,甲醇洗脱,洗脱液减压浓缩。残物(35g)
Sesquiterpene shows considerable physiological activity in a live test. In the sesquiterpene study of Asteraceae, 5 new sesquiterpenoids and 3 new ionone derivatives, and 2 known quinones, were isolated from Sonchus asper. It is known that ruthenium is determined by comparing ~1H and ~(13)C NMR with a standard product. The structure of the new compound is determined by chemical and spectral data. The dried Chrysanthemum whole plant (3.5 kg) was extracted twice with methanol and the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was suspended in water and extracted with ether. The water layer was passed through an Amberlite XAD-2 column and eluted with methanol. The eluent was reduced. Pressure concentration. Residues (35g)
