具有健全完善的制度体系并且能够很好地贯彻执行,对于一个单位的长期健康发展同样至关重要。客观而言,我们对单位制度建设的重要性认识还很不够。实践中单位制度建设存在种种问题,强化单位制度建设的对策包括:加强单位制度建设重要性的宣传教育;提高单位制度制定民主化、科学化水平;应提升单位制度执行力;适时修改完善单位制度;强化对单位制度建设情况的考核。
