目的:观察环磷酰胺联合大剂量甲泼尼龙治疗对百草枯中毒患者MMP-9的影响效果。方法:将我院消化内科与中毒科收治的78例百草枯患者,予以基础治疗的前提下,加用环磷酰胺联合大剂量甲泼尼龙进行干预,在对其进行血气分析检测PaO2、PaCO2的同时,并在治疗的不同时间点(第1、4、7、14d)检测MMP-9的变化情况。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后患者的PaO2、PaCO2均升高明显,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗第1d比较,治疗第4、7、14d的MMP-9水平均降低明显,差异具统计学意义(F=4191.48,P<0.01)。结论:对百草枯患者予以环磷酰胺联合大剂量甲泼尼龙治疗,可较好的改善其血气分析指标,调整MMP-9水平,具有较好的应用前景。
Objective: To observe the effects of cyclophosphamide combined with high-dose methylprednisolone on MMP-9 in patients with paraquat poisoning. Methods: 78 patients with paraquat admitted to Department of Gastroenterology and Toxicology in our hospital were treated with cyclophosphamide and high-dose methylprednisolone on the premise of basic treatment. PaO2 and PaCO2 were detected by blood gas analysis At the same time, the changes of MMP-9 were detected at different time points (days 1, 4, 7 and 14). Results: PaO2 and PaCO2 in patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Compared with the first day of treatment, the MMP-9 levels of the 4th, 7th and 14th day after treatment decreased significantly, with statistical significance (F = 4191.48, P <0.01). Conclusion: Cyclophosphamide combined with high dose of methylprednisolone in patients with paraquat can better improve the blood gas analysis index and adjust the level of MMP-9, which has a good prospect of application.
