目的:了解我院处方不合理用药情况,提高合理用药水平。方法:随机抽查我院2009年门诊和住院处方共48871张,对处方中的不合理用药情况进行统计、分析。结果:所抽查处方中,不合理用药达2991处。门诊注射剂应用处方4509张,应用率为30.43%;抗菌药物应用处方4354张,应用率为29.38%。结论:我院门诊及住院处方中存在用药不合理现象,临床医师的合理用药水平有待进一步提高。
Objective: To understand the irrational prescriptions in our hospital and to improve the rational use of drugs. Methods: A total of 48,871 outpatient and inpatient prescriptions were randomly selected in our hospital in 2009 to conduct statistical analysis of the irrational use of drugs in the prescription. Results: In the random sample, there were 2991 unreasonable drugs. Outpatient injections prescription 4509 prescriptions, the application rate was 30.43%; antibacterial drugs prescription 4354, the application rate was 29.38%. Conclusion: In our hospital outpatient and inpatient prescription there is irrational medication, clinicians rational use of drug level needs to be further improved.
