实行“计划火烧”,就是在适宜的时间、固定的范围内、在严密措施控制下,有目的、有组织、有领导的烧除多年积累的可燃物,既可改善林地卫生条件,又可为更新造林创造良好的环境条件。我们按着林火管理规则,从1984年开始,在永吉县三个乡飞播造林地上,播前进行了大面积火烧工作。经过三年实践,又进行了实际调查,认为计划火烧后对飞播造林种子的发芽、促进幼苗的生长都起到了良好的作用。
