8月23日至26日,上海市消防总队在浦东支队外高桥中队举办了一期进口消防车操作使用业务培训班。此次进口消防车的业务培训标志着上海市消防局车辆装备建设五年规划《2003-2007)提前1年多完成。据悉,2006年上海消防总队共计划购置车辆165辆,其中进口消防车57辆(2005年已采购芦一、城南4辆)、组装车48辆、国产车13辆和其他业务车47辆。目前,50辆进口消防车于8月18日开标,经专家评,基本确定了意向单位。13辆国产消防车已做好标书制定等工作,预计9月中旬开标。48辆组装消防车,根据“7·25”组装消防车协调会会议纪要,组装消防车底盘和灭火系统采取招投标方式采购,目前已做好了底盘、系统的技术要求的拟订工作。2004年以来,上海市消防局共购置进口消防车110辆,目
