红色文化,是极具中国特色及富有宝贵价值的先进文化,是中国共产党带领人民在革命斗争中建设社会主义以及改革开放新时期的历程中创造出的特有的文化形态。正因其独特的价值和功能,使得以红色文化为主题的餐饮空间慢慢兴起,并开始物化为经典特征性符号和标志,逐步在餐饮空间中逐步成为重要的角色。在本文中我首先对红色文化和主题餐饮的兴起和发展作简单介绍,又在色彩提取、服装特色、材料运用和装饰元素几个方面分析红色文化在主题餐饮中的设计体现,通过举例介绍,概述红色文化在主题餐饮空间的具体应用。从而提出其不足点和展望,以此希望红色文化在主题餐饮空间可以得到更好的发展。
The red culture is an advanced culture with Chinese characteristics and invaluable value. It is a unique cultural pattern created by the Chinese Communist Party in leading the people in building a socialist revolution in the revolutionary struggle and a new period of reform and opening up. Due to its unique value and function, the catering space with the theme of red culture is slowly emerging and begins to materialize into the classic symbol and sign, gradually becoming an important part in the catering space. In this paper, I first introduce the rise and development of the red culture and themed food and introduce the design of the red culture in themed food and drink in the aspects of color extraction, clothing features, materials application and decorative elements. Through examples, Outline the specific application of red culture in themed dining space. Thus put forward its deficiencies and prospects, in the hope that the red culture in the theme of food and beverage space can get better development.
