目的分析部队食物中毒发生规律,以制定科学的防控措施。方法采用回顾流行病学分析方法对2001—2010年某战区部队发生的食物中毒资料进行统计学分析。结果 10年共发生食物中毒12起,中毒人数251人。细菌性食物中毒发生起数占50%,连队食堂发生食物中毒占66.7%,2、3季度发生食物中毒最多,占75.0%。结论针对食物中毒发生的特点,应加强部队卫生监督和食品知识培训的力度。
Objective To analyze the law of food poisoning in the army to formulate scientific prevention and control measures. Methods A retrospective epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the food poisoning data of a certain theater unit in 2001-2010. Results 10 food poisoning occurred in 12 cases, 251 people poisoning. Bacterial food poisoning accounted for 50%, food poisoning in company canteens accounted for 66.7%, 2,3 most food poisoning occurred in the second quarter, accounting for 75.0%. Conclusion According to the characteristics of food poisoning, efforts should be made to strengthen troop health supervision and food knowledge training.
