很多专家预测,中国旅游市场是世界增长潜力最大的市场,而旅游行业是最适合电子商务的行业之一。但进入2002年境外资本和国内民营资本进入旅游业的速度和力度加大。即使是在国内旅游行业中的骨干企业中青旅,利润也出现了下滑。于是,为了生存下去,有的旅行社选择了扩张,有的选择了引资,而早已上市并作为全国旅行社三甲之一的中青旅选择了信息化。

Many experts predict that the Chinese tourism market is the market with the highest growth potential in the world, and the travel industry is one of the most suitable sectors for e-commerce. However, the speed and intensity of foreign capital and domestic private capital entering the tourism industry increased in 2002. Even in the CYTS, a key player in the domestic tourism industry, profits have dropped. So, in order to survive, some travel agencies chose to expand, and some chose to attract foreign investment, and has long been listed and as one of the top three travel agencies in China CYTS chose the information technology.
