随着经济和社会的不断发展,人们在不断提高自身物质文化生活的同时着眼于社会整体价值观的提升,母婴室作为社会对母亲关爱程度的集中体现,近期成为社会舆论讨论的焦点。公共政策是政府与社会共同的重要渠道,公共政策也承担着引领社会发展导向的重要作用,本文对母婴室这一新兴概念进行了定义,并且结合公共政策的相关作用和对南京市母婴室的调查情况,讨论了公共政策如何引导母婴室的提供。最后以公共管理的视角对公共政策的制定给出了一点建议。
With the constant development of economy and society, people constantly improve their material and cultural life while focusing on the promotion of the overall social values. As a concentrated expression of the level of caring for mothers in society, maternal and child rooms have recently become the focus of discussions in the community. Public policy is an important channel common to both government and society. Public policy also plays an important role in leading the development of society. This article defines the concept of a new concept of mother and infant house. In addition, The investigation of the room discussed how public policy can lead to the provision of maternal and infant rooms. Finally, from the perspective of public administration, we make some suggestions on the formulation of public policy.
