作者采用空气CT扫描,在68例被检者中查出具血管袢者7例。血管袢位于内耳道内者1例,被诊断为美尼尔氏病,患者男性48岁,3周前因情绪波动发作耳鸣及旋转性眩晕。检查发现向右自发性眼震及低频听力下降型感音性聋。Békésy测听呈Jerger I型,ABR在正常范围。行内淋巴囊手术后眩晕停止发作。血管袢位于内耳门附近者6例,6例中5例血管袢与神经束交叉,1例则互相分离。该例术中证实内耳窗膜破裂。血管袢与神经束交叉的5例中有1例患多
The authors used air CT scan to detect blood vessels in 68 cases were found in 7 cases. One case of vascular 袢 located in the internal auditory canal, was diagnosed as Meniere’s disease, the male patient was 48 years old, tinnitus and rotational dizziness caused by mood swings 3 weeks ago. Check found that the right spontaneous nystagmus and low frequency hearing loss type deafness sensorineural hearing loss. Békésy audiometry was Jerger type I, ABR in the normal range. Intrauterine lymphatic sac surgery to stop the onset of vertigo. Six vessels were located in the vicinity of the inner ear door. Five of the six vessels intersected the nerve bundle and one was separated from each other. This procedure confirmed the rupture of the inner ear window.
