目的 探讨P53 突变蛋白在乳腺癌原发灶与转移灶中表达差异与其侵袭性之间的关系。方法 用免疫组化ABC法检测了 42例乳腺原发癌与转移癌石蜡切片中 ,P53 蛋白表达情况。结果 乳腺癌P53蛋白的异常表达率为 5 9.5 2 % (2 5 /4 2 )。原发组阳性率为 45 .45 % (10 /2 2 ) ,转移组 75 .0 0 % (15 /2 0 )。≥ 45岁组阳性率 80 .0 0 % (16 /2 0 ) ,<45岁组 40 .91% (9/2 2 )。P53 蛋白表达在乳腺原发癌及转移癌间有显著差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ,与年龄亦显著相关。结论 乳腺原发癌与转移癌之间有明显异质性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P53 mutein and its invasiveness in primary and metastatic breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of P53 protein in 42 cases of primary breast cancer and paraffin sections of metastatic breast cancer. Results The abnormal expression of P53 protein in breast cancer was 5 9.5 2% (2 5/42). The positive rate was 45.45% (10/2) in the primary group and 75.0% (15/20) in the metastasis group. The positive rate of ≥ 45 years old group was 80.0% (16/20), and 40.91% (9/2 2) was less than 45 years old group. P53 protein expression in primary breast cancer and metastatic cancer were significantly different (P <0.05), and age were also significantly correlated. Conclusions There is obvious heterogeneity between primary breast cancer and metastatic breast cancer.
