面对市场经济的激烈竞争和地勘单位企业化经营的逐步推进,为进一步优化职工队伍结构,提高核心竞争力,促进地勘经济全面协调和可持续发展,近两年来,山东地矿局认真贯彻全国人才工作会议精神,坚持科教兴地、人才为本的原则,积极实施人才强局战略,注重人才资源开发,在人才的引进、培养、使用和管理方面进行了有益的探索。一、队伍概况及存在的问题截至2003年底全局职工总数为13804人,其中在职职工7650人。在职职工中,具有大中专以上学历的2934人,占在职职工总数的38.35%;具有中高级以上职称的1799人,占在职职工总数的23.52%; 具有技师以上职业资格的165人,占工人总数的 3.6%。
