提高混凝土的自生体积膨胀变形量补偿混凝土的温度收缩变形 ,对于混凝土抗裂很有意义。从混凝土的细观结构研究出发对混凝土自生体积变形的基准值问题进行了初步探讨。在对比和分析了国内外自生体积变形测定方法的基础上提出了一种更为合理的自生体积变形测定方法 :高精度位移传感器法。应用建立的试验方法探索了微膨胀碾压混凝土的自生体积变形 ,试验表明水泥生产中均匀外掺氧化镁碾压混凝土的自生体积收缩变形明显减小。
Increasing the amount of self-expanding volume expansion of concrete to compensate for the temperature shrinkage deformation of concrete is of great significance to cracking of concrete. Based on the study of meso-structure of concrete, the issue of reference value of autogenous volume deformation of concrete is discussed. Based on the comparison and analysis of the measurement methods of autogenous volume deformation at home and abroad, a more reasonable method of autogenous volume deformation measurement is proposed: high precision displacement sensor method. The established test method was used to explore the autogenous volume deformation of micro-expansion RCC. The experiment shows that the autogenous volumetric shrinkage of uniformly mixed MgO-RMC in cement production decreases obviously.
