本文将101例经腹全子宫切除术病人分为3组,以比较中药抗炎汤与抗生素术前用药对手术后感染的预防效果。结果:中药组病人的术后发热病率、发热指数与抗生素组、对照组比较有极显著差异,而抗生素组与对照组比较,差别无统计学意义。表明中药抗炎汤对预防术后感染有一定临床价值。
In this paper, 101 cases of patients undergoing total hysterectomy were divided into 3 groups to compare the preventive effect of anti-inflammatory soup and antibiotics preoperative medication on postoperative infection. Results: The incidence of fever, fever index and antibiotic group in the TCM group were significantly different from those in the control group. There was no significant difference between the antibiotic group and the control group. Show that Chinese medicine anti-inflammatory soup to prevent postoperative infection has some clinical value.
