目的 探讨食管癌血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、血管生成与食管癌临床病理特点的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测 5 0例食管癌组织VEGF蛋白表达和微血管密度 (MVD)。分析VEGF和MVD的关系及其与食管癌组织学分型、浸润深度、生长方式、淋巴结转移和预后的关系。结果 VEGF阳性者MVD值显著高于阴性者 ,VEGF及MVD与食管癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关 ,与组织学分型、生长方式也有明显相关性。结论 VEGF与食管癌的血管生成密切相关 ,对其生长和浸润转移起促进作用 ,VEGF可以作为食管癌生物学行为的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of VEGF protein and microvessel density (MVD) in 50 cases of esophageal carcinoma. The relationship between VEGF and MVD and its relationship with histological type, depth of invasion, growth pattern, lymph node metastasis and prognosis were analyzed. Results The MVD value of VEGF-positive patients was significantly higher than that of negative ones. VEGF and MVD were closely related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer, and also correlated with histological type and growth pattern. Conclusion VEGF is closely related to the angiogenesis of esophageal cancer and promotes its growth, infiltration and metastasis. VEGF may be used as one of the indicators of biological behavior of esophageal cancer.
