我院1990年4月至1995年4月行阴式子宫切除40例,出现膀胱及直肠损伤各1例,现作一回顾性分析,以供同道吸取教训作为参考。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组40例,农民31例,工人6例,干部3例。年龄最小36岁,最大年龄76岁,平均年龄52岁。子宫脱垂31例,其中Ⅲ度脱垂24例。Ⅱ度脱垂7例,病程最长34年,最短2年,平均病程17年。功能性子宫出血5例,子宫肌瘤4例。 1.2 诊断标准:参考王淑贞教授的《实用妇产
