近两个月以来,长江流域和嫩江、松花江流域的水情一直牵动着人们的心。疯狂肆虐的洪水,极大地考验了党心、军心、民心。经过亿万军民的顽强奋战,现在抗洪抢险的斗争已经取得了决定性的胜利,我们的大堤、城市经受住了考验,我们的党、军队和人民经受住了考验,社会主义制度经受住了考验,改革开放的伟大事业经受住了考验。全国人民为特大洪灾造成的巨大损失而忧虑,为抗洪抢险斗争的艰苦卓绝而感叹,更为抗洪军民所展现的万众一心、众志成城、不怕困难、顽强拼搏、坚韧不拔、敢于胜利的伟大抗洪精神而激奋!
