财务风险防范与管控是现代企业财务管理的核心内容之一。某建投公司根据自身特点实施企业财务风险防范和管控,取得了较好的实践效果。该公司从财务指标分析出发,建立一套可量化的测评指标体系,以有效识别风险、评估风险、监控风险、应对风险,具有较好的参考价值。本文基于该公司的案例对财务风险防范和管控的实践进行一些探讨。
Financial risk prevention and control is one of the core contents of modern enterprise financial management. A construction investment company according to its own characteristics of the implementation of corporate financial risk prevention and control, and achieved good practical results.
