中国医师协会年初公布的一项调查显示,我国医师流动将在更大的范围内爆发,并呈现出多种流动趋向。目前较明显的趋向是:从北方省级医院流向南方沿海市级医院,从国有医院流向外资、合资、民营医院及医药购销领域。从流动的单元看,正由单体向集体转移。权威人士指出:医院人才流动正走向无序化。医师,尤其是高端医学人才将面临多种流动诱因和流动机会。因此,从政府和行业层面,应该正确引导医师职业的社会化。
According to a survey published by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association at the beginning of the year, the flow of physicians in China will erupt in a wider range and show a variety of trends. At present, the trend is more obvious: from the provincial hospitals in the north to the municipal hospitals in the coastal cities in the south, from the state-owned hospitals to foreign capital, joint ventures, private hospitals, and pharmaceuticals. Seen from the mobile unit, it is being transferred from the monomer to the collective. Authoritative sources pointed out that the flow of talent in hospitals is becoming disordered. Physicians, especially high-end medical professionals, will face a variety of mobility incentives and opportunities. Therefore, from the government and industry level, it should correctly guide the socialization of the doctor’s occupation.
