糖尿病是当前发病率较高的一种慢性非传染性疾病,具有病程长、威胁大等特点。糖尿病肾病是糖尿病后期的严重并发症之一,尿蛋白上升、肾功能受损是主要的临床表现,对患者的生命安全构成了巨大威胁。因此,为了进一步延长患者的生存期,提高其生存质量,必须掌握各种最新、最有效的治疗方法。本文作者主要对终末期糖尿病肾病治疗的研究进展进行综述。
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic non-communicable disease with a high prevalence. It has the characteristics of longer duration and greater threat. Diabetic nephropathy is one of the serious complications in the later stage of diabetes mellitus. Increased urinary protein and impaired renal function are the main clinical manifestations, posing a great threat to the patient’s life safety. Therefore, in order to further prolong the survival of patients and improve their quality of life, we must master a variety of the latest and most effective treatment. The author mainly reviews the research progress of the treatment of end stage diabetic nephropathy.
