目的:探讨TIMP-1、TIMP-2表达与胃癌新生血管形成的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法分析83例胃癌石蜡标本中TIMP-1、TIMP-2的表达及新生血管密度(MVD),并应用图象分析的方法定量分析TIMP-1、TIMP-2在肿瘤中的表达及与MVD之间的关系。结果:无血管转移组MVD低于有血管转移组(P<0.05);低MVD组癌组织TIMP-2 MOD高于高MVD组,而TIMP-1则无显著性。结论:胃癌组织TIMP-2表达能抑制血管形成有关,而TIMP-1则无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 expression and neovascularization in gastric cancer. Methods: The expressions of TIMP-1, TIMP-2 and neovascularization density (MVD) in 83 specimens of gastric cancer were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The expression of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in the tumor was analyzed by image analysis Expression and the relationship with MVD. Results: The MVD of the non-vascular metastasis group was lower than that of the vascular metastasis group (P <0.05). The TIMP-2 MOD of the low MVD group was higher than that of the high MVD group, but TIMP-1 was not significant. Conclusion: The expression of TIMP-2 in gastric cancer tissue can inhibit angiogenesis, while TIMP-1 has no correlation.
