全直肠系膜切除术(total mesorectal excision,TME)可明显降低局部复发率,正作为一种标准的直肠癌根治术被越来越多的外科医生所接受。笔者就全直肠系膜切除术(TME)的临床、解剖、病理因素及其并发症作一综述。
Total mesorectal excision (TME) can significantly reduce the local recurrence rate and is being accepted by more and more surgeons as a standard radical resection of rectal cancer. The author of the total mesorectal excision (TME) clinical, anatomical, pathological factors and their complications are reviewed.
