为对北京市南水北调中线工程深入开展工作,实地考察了山东省引黄济青工程。该工程始建于1986年4月,1989年11月正式通水,工程运行6年多来发挥了巨大效益。他们的主要经验是:吸取了美国加州北水南调的调水经验,设计与运行采用控制容量准则,重视冬季长距离安全输水研究,渠造设计结合防渗冻胀要求而采用各种材料,在工程规划设计阶段就考虑工程管理,实行建管统一体制,避免工程先天不足,全面执行目标管理责任制,依靠科技搞好管理。
