将电流反馈运算放大器和四种基本电路元件电容、电感、电阻、忆阻器巧妙结合,设计出一种新型忆阻混沌电路.分析系统的基本动力学行为,如耗散性、平衡点稳定性、相图、Lyapunov指数和参数影响等.数值仿真结果表明,该电路可产生一类特殊的混沌吸引子,且随系统参数的演变可产生丰富复杂的混沌特性.为了验证系统的正确性,设计了实现该系统的仿真电路,Pspice仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性.
The current feedback operational amplifier and the four basic circuit components capacitance, inductance, resistance, memristor ingenious combination to design a new type of memristor chaos circuit analysis of the basic dynamic behavior of the system, such as dissipation, balance point stability , Phase diagram, Lyapunov exponent and parameter influence, etc. The numerical simulation results show that this circuit can generate a special class of chaotic attractors and produce complex and chaotic characteristics with the evolution of system parameters.In order to verify the correctness of the system, In order to realize the simulation circuit of the system, Pspice simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
