通过Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,配合自动夏比冲击试验机、TEM、SEM、化学相分析等方法,研究了添加0.013、0.027、0.039wt%微量Ti对1.5和4.5kJ/cm两种焊接热输入条件下15MnVN钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,微量Ti明显改善塑性功A_(k2)和撕裂功A_(k3),而对弹性功A_(k1)没有影响;加Ti使15MnVN钢的粗大结晶状断口改变成细小结晶断口,平均解理断裂小平面尺寸明显细化,奥氏体晶粒尺寸显著减小,使无Ti钢中粗大的侧板条贝氏体改变成细化的粒状贝氏体和针状铁素体混合组织;0.027Ti钢由于含有适量的Ti和N配合而具有最佳的组织和强韧性。
The effects of addition of 0.013, 0.027, 0.039wt% trace Ti on 1.5 and 4.5kJ / cm of welding heat were studied by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator, automatic Charpy impact tester, TEM, SEM and chemical phase analysis.
