大港井下修保厂工具车间参考国外有关资料,研制了2 1/2〃可退式油管打捞矛。经过两口井的现场试验,证明这种结构的打捞矛具有良好的可退性能,并可用来倒扣解卡。 可退式打捞矛(见图)由芯轴、螺旋卡瓦、安全环、底锥等四部分组成。其作业程序是:下井前,将螺旋卡瓦置于芯轴的螺旋上始点。下入井内接触落鱼顶后,通过管柱自重使螺旋卡瓦收缩进入落鱼内产生一个预紧力。上提管柱,芯轴与卡瓦配合的锥面使卡瓦张开,紧紧咬住落鱼内壁,继续上提油管捞出落
