在机械制造工厂中,常会有—些手轮、刻度盘之类的零件,需在其圆周面、圆锥面、或圆平面上进行刻度(图1)。但在—般工厂中,由于缺少专用的刻度设备,因此对这些零件的刻度,往往是利用万能铣床或其他设备来进行的。而当零件数量较多、刻线精度要求较高时,采用这些办法,由于调整费时、操作不便,效率不高;或者刻线精度不能达到质量要求,不能适应生产的需要。因此,自制或改装一台专用的圆刻度机就很重要。
In the machinery manufacturing plant, there are often some handwheels, dials and other parts, the need to be in its circumferential surface, conical surface, or round flat scale (Figure 1). However, in general factories, the lack of dedicated scale equipment, so the scale of these parts, often using a universal milling machine or other equipment to carry out. However, when the number of parts is large and the engraving precision is high, these methods are not suitable for the production due to the time-consuming adjustment, inconvenient operation and inefficiency; or the engraving accuracy can not meet the quality requirements. Therefore, self-made or modified a dedicated circular scale machine is very important.
