改革开放以来,我国民营科技企业作为国民经济中最活跃的一支力量,得到了长足的发展。其原因自然是多方面的,但不能否认作为企业运行的核心和基础的产权制度构造方面的优点是基本的决定因素。同时,从动态的角度看,也正是由于其产权制度构造上的特点,使这些企业的进一步发展受到了某种阻碍,产生了这样或那样的问题。本文正是试图从这样两个基本层面来展开对这些企业产权制度的分析,以期对其改革和发展有所裨益。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s private technology companies have achieved considerable development as the most active force in the national economy. The reason is naturally multifaceted, but it cannot be denied that the structural advantages of the property rights system as the core and foundation of the enterprise’s operation are the basic determinants. At the same time, from the dynamic point of view, precisely because of the structural characteristics of its property rights system, the further development of these enterprises has been hampered in some way, resulting in one or the other problems. This article is trying to analyze the enterprise property rights system from these two basic levels in order to benefit its reform and development.
