自2006年我国提出社会主义核心价值以来,对该体系的讨论主要集中在理论涵义与指导意义上。可实际上,社会主义核心价值与各种制度有很强的实践联系,尤其是从其伦理性出发,社会主义核心价值就与当前我国在公共名义下革新财政制度有直接关联。故应通过对与社会主义核心价值相适应的伦理财政的梳理,扩大财政理论研究与实际操作的视角,将财政拉回到有助于经济社会和谐可持续发展的道路上来,也使社会主义核心价值获得一条非常重要的实践路径。
