目的建立工作场所空气中2-丁氧基乙基乙酸酯(BAC)的溶剂解吸–气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采样,甲醇–二氯甲烷(5∶95,V/V)解吸,经毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱测定。结果 BAC质量浓度在25.44~508.80 mg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9,检出限0.50 mg/L,定量下限2.0 mg/L,最低检出浓度(以采集3.0 L空气计算)为0.67 mg/m3。方法的相对标准偏差为1.86%~5.60%,平均解吸效率为95.31%~99.44%,样品在室温下至少可保存7 d。结论本方法灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简单,适用于工作场所空气中BAC的测定。
Objective To establish a solvent desorption-gas chromatographic method for the determination of 2-butoxyethyl acetate (BAC) in workplace air. Methods Gas chromatography was performed on activated charcoal tubes and desorbed with methanol - methylene chloride (5:95, V / V) and separated by capillary column. Results The linearity of BAC was good at 25.44 ~ 508.80 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9, a limit of detection of 0.50 mg / L, a lower limit of quantification of 2.0 mg / L and a lowest detection concentration of 0.67 mg / m3. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.86% ~ 5.60% and the average desorption efficiencies were 95.31% ~ 99.44%. The samples were stored for at least 7 days at room temperature. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good precision, simple operation and is suitable for the determination of BAC in the air of the workplace.
