海萝藻水提物(简称GFW)0.3、0.6和1.2g/kg po依剂量地延长NIH小鼠的缺氧存活时间,延长凝血时间和止血时间,提高血清溶血素水平,增加血液淋巴细胞数;40mg/kg sc明显提高艾氏腹水瘤(EAC)鼠的存活率,143、357和714μg/ml可抑制体外培养EAC细胞的生长。GFW的最大耐受量>28.8g/kg。
The water extracts of sea radish (GFW) 0.3, 0.6, and 1.2 g/kg po prolong the hypoxic survival time of NIH mice, prolong the clotting time and hemostasis time, increase the serum hemolysin level and increase the blood lymphocyte count. 40 mg/kg sc significantly increased the survival rate of Ehrlich ascites tumor (EAC) mice, and 143, 357 and 714 μg/ml inhibited the growth of EAC cells cultured in vitro. The maximum tolerated amount of GFW is >28.8 g/kg.
