1.3 重大职业灾害检查所谓重大职业灾害,系指工作场所发生灾变致劳工死亡一人或受伤三人以上者。表三是近九年来劳工检查机构实施重大职业灾害检查情形,计3098件、罹患人数4481人。 1.3.1 灾害原因分析从表3之近九年重大职业灾害调查分析可看出,属不安全动作者1330件,占42.93％;属不安全设备658件,占21.24％;属不安全设备及动作者955件,占30.83％;原因不明者115
1.3 Major Occupational Disaster Inspection The so-called major occupational hazards refer to those who have been killed by a worker or who have been injured by three or more in the workplace due to catastrophe. Table 3 shows that in the past nine years, labor inspection agencies have conducted major occupational disaster inspection cases, amounting to 3,098 and suffering from 4481 people. 1.3.1 Analysis of Causes of Disasters From the survey and analysis of major occupational hazards in the past nine years in Table 3, it can be concluded that 1,330 are unsafe actors, accounting for 42.93%; 658 belong to unsafe equipment, accounting for 21.24%; insecure equipment and 955 activists, accounting for 30.83%; unexplained 115
