学校文化是推进学校可持续发展的灵魂,是催生教师专业发展和学生生命发展的基石,是弘扬学校历史传统和优良校风的重要载体。基于当前学校文化建设中存在的问题,大同小学探索出了科学定位的整体规划、凸显育人功能环境优化、科学人本的制度建设、教师成长的意识强化、特色校本课程开发及促进教学相长的课堂文化建设等有效的学校文化建设的实践路径。
School culture is the soul of promoting the sustainable development of schools. It is also the cornerstone of the professional development of teachers and the development of students’ life. It is also an important carrier to carry forward the school history tradition and fine school spirit.
